Default Team up with a fast growing company

    Hi everyone,

Our company is offering a unique oppurtunity that many mortgage people won't admit to. Realtors are able to close their own loans! Believe it or not we have done our due dilligence to help Realtors double their income.

I would love to hear from some of you and si I can explain more about the program. It is sooo easy too.

Conversation between me and one of our agents:
me- "So how easy is it to get the mortgage?"
agent- "I never had a client not give me the mortgage."
(after 2 months of joing the choices plan)

Not to mention we provide a free mentor on every loan you want to close.

Actually I am pretty sure in IL you can't do a mortgage on your own real estate deal. Not to mention you must be licensed.
WebNewsForUs.com was started to help real estate agents grow their business. Nothing for sale, just opinions from a Chicago real estate agent. Comments and topic ideas are always welcome.

    Default of course

If you look under the Illinois banking commision website you can find where it talks about the licensing option for realtors. In states that you are an employeed mortgage broker you can get paid on closing the loan. One of the guidleines is that you have to disclose that you are an employee of the mortgage company under their licenses.
