I'm looking to build brain cells here! I speak to a lot of real estate agents about systems, creative marketing ideas, and tools used to increase productivity and success for realtors. They all have different concepts and ideas that work for themselves. I'm looking to get feedback from realtors on their concepts and ideas of team building with the right real estate professionals (transaction coordinators, escrow agents, title agents, loan officers, interior design/staging, etc...)

I want to know your expectations, wants, and interpretations about working with other professionals especially the right loan officer?
