A Fishery for Sale. Where to look for buyers?
First of all greetings. My name is Beka and I am from Georgia. Not the US though, its Georgia at the black sea, bordering turkey and Russia. We have a Fishery for sale. It is not a complete business industry and needs investment which we are unable to provide. The description is as follows:
The total area of the fishery is 300 hectars (741 acres) it consists of around 10 fish pools the area of some is several hectars. The water is supplied from the river with channels. The fishery is located around 3 miles away from the main highway connecting the main port city Poti to the capital of Georgia Tbilisi.
So far we have Carps and White Amurs.
The price is much lower compared to west and it is a great investment the price of which will only grow. The taxes for property and land are low according to Georgian laws and the fishery will not be expensive to maintain. The labor is also cheap. I can provide google earth coordinates if somebody wants to take a look.
I would like to find an interested buyer. Ran across this forum when searching on the web.
