Site That Analyzes Best-Timing to Buy/Sell
People who has tried this site out please share your thoughts with me.
HouseMiners.com
This site takes the information of a property you have and analyzes the costs and benefits of waiting, and able to tell you the best-timing to buy/sell.
If you don't have any piece of information, you can just "Request for Help" from professionals in respective field, and it's free of charge. The best thing about it is you dictate the quality of the result: the higher quality of information you put in, the higher quality the result you get is. So requesting for help seems to work better, and these pros would be forced to speak more honestly.
Now I'd like people who've tried this site share their views with me. Do any of you think that managing risks as rigorous as this manner is value-adding? Or should we just ignore the risks and uncertainties because real estate is always thought to be increasing in value no matter what?
Thx.
