    Default Bulk/Wholesale and fully renovated realestate properties Baltimore MD

    I have a portfolio of properties located in Baltimore MD with an owner who is highly motivated to sell in bulk. He would like to transition out of realestate and is therefore willing to let go of these properties for just close to what he owes on the mortgage. There is a great amount of equity in these homes and they require min if not no repairs. Several of these properties are tenant occupied so this is an ideal investment oppurtunity for an out of state investor.
