    Default Commercial Property Underwriting/Consulting

    Hi - I'm a commercial investment sales broker with 12 years experience. I'm willing to offer (a) help with underwriting cash flowing property (b) advice and consulting or (c) article writing in for your blog or newsletter. In lieu of cash I'd consider barter or trade for links/promotion for my blog.
