Private Funds 1% for short sale/REO flips, note buying
If you are flipping short sales and/or REO's, you can have access to getting a Proof of Funds letter as well as the cash for a fee of only 1%, paid at closing. NO creidt, no risk!! I have used this cash to flip many short sale deals. Its quick, easy and cheap cash!!
Also there are headge fund investors willing to buy non performing notes, basically you just get the notes from the banks, the investors do the rest!
