Exclamation Need Advise On Closing Contract

We Have Been Trying To Purchase A Home In Brevard County For About 4 Months Now. And We Have Done 3 Extentions. Here Is The Problem. The House Is Under A Living Will. And The Two Sons That Will Be Recieving The Money Are In Trinidad. And The Person In Charge Of The Will/place Is In Mexico. After Finally Agree On A Price And All That (which Took A Couple Months) Now We Hace To Wait On A Letter On Probate. We Originally Thought The One Son Had Just Died, But After Speaking With The Probate Attorney Here In The State We Found Out He Died 2 Years Ago But The Wife Never Filed The Correct Paperwork.
Now Can You Please Advise - Are The Sellers Breaching The Contract? Their Probate Attorney Says They Are And That They Should Let Us Move To The House Rent Free Until The Trinidad Attorney Gets The Paperwork Together. The Trinidad Attorney Wrote And Said It Would Be At Least 3 More Months. Well The Listing Agent Advised Her Client To Offer Us $1000. A Month Until Closing. We Counter Offered $750. And They Agreed.
Now Here Is The Thing, How Do We Make Sure That At The End Of The Contract Sept 30 They Resign It? How Should We Word It?
The Listing Agent Back Some Few Weeks Ago After Being Pressured To Come Up The Closing Paperwork Stated Via Email That We Could Back Out At Any Time Because She All Ready Has A Backup Offer.
Where Do We Stand & What Should We Do? Any & All Advise Greatly Needed!!

You are posting your question in the wrong forum. Nobody in here that knows the answer to your question can legally give you the answer. To answer your question would be considered practicing law.

I would go to the forum below and ask this question there. It is a busy enough forum for you to recieve an answer.
