Does Buyer pay Commision to his agent in Los Angeles?
Hi there,
Does Buyer pays commision to his agent or it is seller's responsibility to take care of both sides ( %6). In California.
I live in Tennessee, and I have to pay both seller and buyer commision.
Full %6.

The amount may be more or less where you are, but the general idea that the seller offers a co-broke to the buyers agent remains the same.

Mike is right on the money. Across the country it is the norm for the seller to pay the agent commissions.
