Enigma is right, because of the "credit crisis" banks have clamped down on loan products like the one you are asking about. I am quite sure they are out there, but they will cost significantly more than a full doc loan.

If you cant get a loan for the properties you are looking at are there any cheaper properties in your area you could get a loan for. At least in my market there are homes as cheap as 70k.

If you don't have enough income to get the loan then you can not afford the property. Do yourself a favor and do not get a loan you can not afford.
