Question on a real estate book

Hey guys, Im trying to find a book on real estate but I have since forgotten what the name of the book was. If any1 can help me out I would really appreciate it. Well, the authors name is David Groziano? Grogrianno? Gregoriano? I cannot recall the authors name but Im 100% sure it was italian. The title of the book is something like "how to make a million in real estate" or how to become a millionaire in real estate". I also remember that the face of the author is on the front cover of the book (David something). He was a short man with brown slicked back hair and he was wearing glasses. If any1 can help me out it would be great

Do not bother with this guys book. He has not made a dime in real estate. Less than five years ago he was hacking a how to make money course, in infomercials, on how to buy and sell cars for profit.

The only money this guy has made is on the how to books tapes and course material he sells. Every single time a different industry gets hot he goes and makes a course to pan handle to the public. Don't be just another fool.

You can find better information on blogs and forums than what this guy is passing out.
