Trustee Sales
Does anybody know the official route trustee sales go thru? There is a wholesale property seller in Portland who says he gets most of his properties thru trustee/estate sales. I just want to sit in on one of these and see how they work.
Anybody know where to find info?

Contact your local title company and request a list of all the current defaults. On that list should be the date, time and location of the trustee sale.
