Smile Ocean access or house with a pool

Hello everyone I was wondering if I can ask your professional advice? I am looking to buy a home and i was wondering which one of these properties would appreciate in value more when the market turns?
I am looking at houses that are around 1700 sf under air basiclly 3/2/2.
Would a house with ocean access or a house with a pool be more valuable?

A home with ocean access hands down. Pools usually provide very little in value for home. A ocean view along with that access would of course be the pinnacle.

I have to agree with James, ocean access all the way. Pools in Florida do add some value, but never as much as you put into it.
