Texan looking for advice re: Land

Hi All,

I'm currently looking at purchasing a small piece of land as an investment in the Lago Vista, TX area. The idea is to resell it ASAP for a small profit. I'm fumbling my way around trying to figure out if there are any Use Restrictions on it, any Fines or Assessments waiting to be collected, not to mention the Title Search thing...

Anyone know anything about the market in Lago Vista? Have any ideas, inspirations or just plain rumors?
