hey, this is probably in the wrong section of the forum and i have a ton of questions i was hoping someone may be able to answer?

- i'm from the uk and really want a career in real estate in california, i know i'd have to get a license etc.. but am stuck.. can i do the exams without being a us citizen and then move to the us once i have got a license and then get an employment based visa, or do i have to be living in the us beforehand, if so, what kind of visa would i need etc.. can i even do this?
