Help Me Decide?!?!
Me, my fiance, and my 6 month old daughter are in the process of buying our first home. We are interested in two homes: 1488kingsroad.com and 122kilkea.com
My problem is that im not exactly sure which house I like best. The first house, 1488 N kings road is the one that I think im heading towards because I like the inside and they are offering the house fully furnished and I love the furniture. The second house however, I am in love with the outside space. I like the fact that it has more of a yard. I like both homes so much and just cant decide. Money isnt an issue, but which one do you guys think is better architectural wise, interior design wise, and which house do you think is worth the money? Which house would you rather buy?

Buying a home can be complicated and frightening. You acquire a large debt and assume many new responsibilities. And in the back of your mind is that nagging question,

its very important to choose a good location and i think you got that already...i think you better choose the one that has a good space outside rather that good furniture....cause in the long run you can buy your own furniture..

Which house?
Hi,
Buying a home is a very personal decision and must be made based upon your preferences, lifestyle, future plans, etc.
You mention you have a new child. Which house will work better for a growing child? Are you planning on more children? Which will work better for a growing family? How are the schools?
How long are you planning on staying? If resale in the near future is a concern, which home will appeal to a greater number of potential buyers. One of the homes looks like it could rule out anyone not wanting too many stairs.
Furniture can be bought, but location cannot be changed. Walls can be painted, but layout is much harder to customize.
I recommend you write a list of pros and cons for each house, with your fiance doing the same thing on her own, and see which one comes out on top. Determine your priorities and give that criteria a higher point value in your analysis.
Good luck,
