    Unhappy House with Radon mitigation done

    Does houses with radon mitigation done are difficult to sell? or it has no affect on house sale as long as radon level is below acceptable level.

    Plase advise . Thanks

    If the levels are in the acceptable range, I don't see why it should hurt the price. As a matter of fact it could be a selling point if buyers know that that area has a problem with radon - like certain areas in Colorado. It would be one less thing that they would have to worry about.
