I'm in Oregon, however, I got my first license in California and I used this school:

I definitely recommend studying the online practice exams. They are very helpful.

if real tracs is related to realty tracs I would stay far away from them I personally had a bad experience with them and didn't find the information good at all.

It also took me months to get off their list after I opted out. I have never seen anything like it!

thank you both for your responds,

Tony, no they are not the same, REALTRACS.NET , most of the realtors in middle Tennessee are using this website to get the TAX info and also all the sold, pending, withdrawn, expired mls houses. basicly it is their Bible, to go with .

I second lumbleau.com the prep for the state exam was very good. I have a broker's license and I also took courses through allied business school, however I think lumbleau was stronger on the state test preparation.

I think there are number of good schools but you have to do some more research than most. lumbleau.com is a good choice, actually my sister got to experienced it and she said it's good.
