Default Rich buyer-now what do I do

    HELP!

Him: A very wealthy buyer looking for buildings for sale that he can buy and then rent out the apartments. He doesn't care how much they are or the location as long as they're in my city and in an area where he'd feel safe to walk at night.

Me: Rentals agent who knows nothing about sales.

Question: Do I refer this guy to a senior sales agent in my office even though I don't trust him.

I have the potential to get all of the exclusives for his new buildings rentals but if I let this senior agent in on it there is a serious possibility that he'll try and cut my throat and find a way to get the guy to give him all of the future exclusives because he sold him the buildings and cut me out completely.

What do I do? Is there some kind fo contract that can be signed or something to make sure he can't do this if I let him work with my client?

That is the nice thing about contracts, they can be about anything.

I can not offer advice about passing it over or not, but if you do, I would make sure there is a contract stating how each will be compensated. Just my opinion.

Many people are concerned about overmedication, prescription combinations, and a decline in mobility. Chiropractic care can be key to healthful, enjoyable later years. . Many patients report improvement with chronic ailments, and improved mobility, virility, endurance, and appetite. Chiropractic is a safe, natural, cost-effective boon to quality of life for senior citizens.
