I want to help with marketing
Please help me help you- I am looking to create a marketing tool that would be the ultimate tool for agents across america. Is there anythign you have thought to yourself "I wish there was a _____ to help market my properties". Anything at all- partial ideas, off the wall ideas, etc. I have thought of personalized DVDs/CDs for just you and your listed homes to be set out with the housing catalogs at grocery stores, etc. but I feel like there is something that could be much better (or is this a good idea?) and more useful. I'm sure that as an agent you have thought to yourself that you wish that ____ existed. Please add any of your ideas to this thread.

Buyer teleporter
If I could beam buyers over to a listing just after I
got all the listing paperwork sign, that would be great!!
But I think teleportation is a few months off.
I'll be watching this thread to see what others have to say.
