What should i learn?
I am new to this forum, and there's a lot of the blog and post that i don't understand. What should i need to understand about real estate first? This is my first time checking out on real estate with all of my interest. Any advice of what i need learn as for now will be appreciated.

I am a home owner. At the same time, i am trying to learn something about the buyer and the agent.

I would suggest doing wha you are doing, reading the information on this site. I would also suggest to check out your state government's web site, specificly the department that deals with real estate. Is there anything specific about the buyer agent relationship that you are looking for or just more general knowledge?

It'll be best tp pay attention to what you really want to focus in, like Commercial Real Estate, Residential, Condos, etc. It is best if you first look into things that will most interest you.
