    Question How to bargain for rental places??

    Hi every one,
    I am moving to Los angeles,in couple of months, and I am looking for apartments for rent in REALTOR.COM I found some of them but the rents are high , I was wonder to know if I can bargain on the price and and asked them to rent the place to me for cheaper price???
    both private owner and managment companies. and if so , what is the best way to tell them . any special tricks I can use???

    Well, L.A. tends to have high rental fees on their apartments or homes. It is not a big question mark anymore. But what you can do is ask them on a deal and maybe they can lower the price. I think if you have a reasonable offer I don't think they will close doors on you.
