Is it a good price?
I just made an offer for a 1Br Co-op in Kew garden, New york. It is about 800 sq. ft. I offered $190k. I just want to know if that's a fair price to pay for it...Any suggestions or options are appreciated. Thank you.

You may want to contact an appraiser to find out what the value is in the area. If you're getting a mortgage the mortgage company will require one anyway.
Your loan officer may also be able to help you with telling you of a good appraiser.
Good Luck!

I don't think anybody on a forum can tell you if that is a good price or not. You need to have you agent run comps for the property to determine if that was a fair price.

That is where agents comes into play. It is really hard to just ask for points of view because it'll give you different take on that. It is better to get a real estate agent on that for you to have accurate information about it.
