    Default Agents with condo listings?

I was wondering what the rules are when real estate agents have to list a property with an online classified service. Do they have to get clearance to post a property beforehand or do they spend their own money.

For instance if a Century 21 Broker wanted to list 5 condo properties, would he or she do it themselves or would they have to get clearance from century 21 to list properties?

If I understand the question correctly, correct me if I am wrong. We are independent contractors. We don't have to get permission from our broker to list properties. We just go ahead and list. As far as advertising goes we spend our own money.
