    Default Wells Fargo Foreclosure...

We put a bid in on a Pre-Foreclosure... A nice bid, cash. The bank that the bid has to go through is Wells Fargo. From what my Realtor tells me the Seller's Realtor is saying, the bank has told him once that they would get back to him with a response by the end of the day and another time that it would be yet another full week before we hear back.

Does anyone have any information on how to maybe push this process along with Wells Fargo???

Banks are swamped right now with REO's and Short Sales. I also sell REO's and sometimes its takes up to a week just to get responses(thats on an REO) Preforeclosures and Short Sales take the longest - could be over a month. The listing agent has to know what his doing to speed it up. Most dont really know how it works.
