    I'm Looking To Purchase A Multu Family Home In Pennsylvania, Not In The Best Condition. Does Anyone Have Any Information On Rehab Loans, Or Any Other Alternatives To Borrow Money For Home Improvement????

    Talk with a couple of mortgage lenders/brokers to find out what programs they may have to fit your needs. Obtaining loans is pretty tricky in the current market and it seems to be ever changing and difficult to stay up with all the changes.
