Start with talking to a loan officer or mortgage broker, there are different programs based on your individual needs. Shop for a realtor, call a local agency and ask for the busiest agent there; or go on-line and look for one in Realtor.com

It helps to know how much you have to spend, and then what type of house you like. Good luck!

    Hey hi,
I really understand that u keen in living in your own house now.Buying your first own house is really important for everyone and it requires a lot of market research.I would suggest you to consult some good real estate consultant as they master in this field and help you in finding your own dream house.A good real estate consultant help you in not only finding a best deal that suit your requirements and parameters. But also help you in settling down with all the legalities and paper work which is too difficult for the first time buyers to do all by themselves. They also help you in arranging a loan for you at a minimal rate as few good consultants have contacts with bank and all.One of a really well renowned consultant i ll like to suggest to you is Axiom Estates.I have mentioned a lot more on the Real Estate sector in my blog.
