Question about Modular Homes...
My plan is to put my house up for sale within the next year and a half. I have done some basic research on buying a modular home (specifically a Palm Harbor Home) as opposed to a stick built. Has anyone had any experiences (good or bad) with this company or this type of home? I know that they need to meet the same guidelines as a stick built home (as opposed to a manufactured home).
Thanks.

I dont have any experience with the company or this type of home other than listening to others who have and they have all been pleased with the results...

I knew that Palm Harbor did manufactored homes but I didn't know they did modulars. In the manufactored area, they were always a good name.
