Need help
I know someone trying to sell there home, but doesnt wont to get into a listing contract. They say they will pay a commison if I help with the sale. What is a way that I can sell this home without a listing contract. Is there another contract I can do?

Bring the buyer. Make sure you request your commission prior to setting appointments to bring buyers through.
I am sure there is a contract for commission agreement from your broker or wherever you download your forms from.Search the Tampa Florida Real Estate MLS

Yes, like they said. Make sure you have a contract that states that he will infact pay you a commission if you bring a buyer that closes and that should be sufficient

hi there
Im not sure if your in Tampa or not but i assume you are an agent, because otherwise it is illegal for someone to pay another person a commission relating to a real estate transaction if they are not a licensed agent. I thought that commission could only be paid to a broker and then dispersed to agents unless you have an agreement with a broker.
If your talking about FSBO and they only want to pay you as a buyers agent, then i would talk to your broker because there is a seperate form which can be filled out for this and they probably have it.
Best of luck
Nick

Sorry...you are taking me to literal. When i say "Pay me" I pretty much mean "Pay my broker who in turn pays me" All the agents here knew what I meant and yes I am an agent in the Tampa Area

hi
lol sorry its been a long day. In that case ask your broker because there is a specific for for FSBO's. If they dont have it i think its available from NAR. Ill try to remember what its called, but just have them sign it before you bring them any buyers and then you get paid at closing.
