Wanted to stop in for some much needed information as well as tell a bit about me.

My wife and I are looking to purchase our 1st home here in San Jose, CA. and Im doing a lot of self educating right now so we don't get ourselves into trouble on our first time around. Our plan is to purchase inside the next 6 months. Im hoping others here could point me to the correct forum here to search for info on first time buyers who are purchasing with cash.
