reo foreclosure source

Hi, I was just wondering if someone knows of a good sorce of foreclosure and reo information. I was hoping to find out about reos before they hit the mls. Yes I know I can search county records (foreclosures not reos) but I don't have time for that. Is there a service that lists reos foreclosures and short sales. I have seen a few services on the web but most of the info they provide is dated and they don't seem worth while. Is there a good sorce out there? What do the profesionals use? I live in northern Calif. if that matters.

I asked my bank several times. They were unhelpfull.

The truth is: There's no list like that. Banks,real estate attorneys will not provide you witht that information. You may want to go to your local real estate investor association meeting and talk to investors there. You may find some good deals from other investors who already have a pipeline. That's the cheapest option. Or simply run your own ads, and prospects will start calling you.
