    Default What Is A Class A Or A Class B Apt

    I Was Recently Speaking To A Realitor Over The Phone Reagrding An Abuilding That I Am Intersted In Buying She Said That Some Apts Were Class A And Some Were Class B, I Felt Stupid Asking Were What That Ment So Here I Am Sounding Stupid To All Fo You, Help.

    Definately a good question to ask because it depends on what the context of the discussion was. If it was regarding a zoning issue it could affect the use, occupancy level, fire suppression regulations, and so on. She also could be an evaluation of income generation classification.

    Frankly, I don't know either, ask ker. Then let us know.
