Licensing and staging
Is there real estate schools where you can get your license and staging certification all in one online?
Is a staging certification even worth getting?
God Bless You

You could do a research on this -- about school with staging. However, is it worth it or not -- like everywhere you have to build a reputation first. If you have a wide network of friends, relatives, acquaintances -- then it make sense to show your art work (if you are artistic enough) to someone, agreed them to do it and make a pictures of the model. Here you go -- your portfolio.

Staging Certificate
I never heard of a staging certificate
I think staging a property makes a home sell. Not to much furniture to make a place look small but lots of accent pieces to make it feel like a room in a magazine.

I have never heard about the certificate either, but I will definitely be looking into it for my business partners. Thanks!

I don't know if a staging certificate will really help. There's a certificate out there for anything for sale. I think the most important thing is for you to be able to convince your prospective cllients that you know what you are doing.
The best way to do this is to stage a few homes for your friends, co-workers or family members and get some reviews, videos and references. Hope this helps.

When I tour new homes on the market one of the things I look at is staging. I want to work with the best so I am constantly evaluating the stagers in my area.
I agree with thedeallocator you need to stage a few homes and get some pictures, references and get your name out there. Also make sure to leave your cards in any home you stage as agents will pick them up as they tour/preview the house if they like your work.
