Default Where can I utilize my skills?

I have recently found myself without a job and wanted to know where to look for employment doing the same thing. I scouted pre-foreclosure property and real estate auctions for private investors. I generated my own leads and researched each property. Would anyone know where my talents could best be utilized and most profitable for me?

If you generated your own leads, why not get licensed and take advantage of those leads yourself? You could make this your niche.

Only you know where your talents are. However, if you have money you could try to build a business. If you don't have enough money, try to find a temporary job first and continue on building your own business.
