I am a newbie in real estate and have questions regarding:

1.) Does the law varies from state-to-state, when it comes to purchasing land/home
2.) Is there one repository which contains the laws/rules/regulation about purchasing land

I am in Indiana , anybody else from Indiana who is more enlighten on the subject.
