    Default Getting Out of Lease

I live in a single bedroom apartment in lexington kentucky. However there are many problems with the apartment that were not brought to my attention when the leased was signed.
The problems include, a noisy bank teller from the bank next door. Lifting and slamming of large dumbsters at 5 in the morning on tuesdays and thursdays. Noisy neighbors, who every weekend argue and fight at 420 in the morning waking me up. Also the guy beats on his girlfriend, I saw him do it right outside my window, hit her open handed accross the face... Another thing is that they have a dog which in the lease there is a no pets policy. Its not noisy though so it dosent bother me.
My main goal is to get out of the lease losing as little money as possible. Maybe using the above reasons to do so. What is the cheapest and fastest way to get out? What happens if I move and just stop paying? I have about 6 months left on the lease. Any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Maxiums

Guess that really depends on the landlord...
I have normally been on the other side of this situation, but here goes...

If you and your landlord are really at odds he maybe be thinking the same as you and may love for you to leave, maybe without penalty, just ask...

or maybe he'll be happy if you just give him some notice so he can begin to look for a new tenant, perhaps you can sublease it or find him another tenant so that he does not lose money...

Management companies will generally screw you as hard as possible - very expensive for you and your credit will usually suffer
However most private landlords won't bother to chase you, though I have seen some tough ones who have sued the beep out tenants...

MY ADVICE - talk it out - will probably be easier than you think...
