Default Help finding sale price please

How can I find out what a specific co-op apt. sold for in Washington DC in 2000? I researched the tax records on line and was able to find information on the building itself but not on individual apartments. Is there anyway to find out this information?

Cooperatives sell shares that give the purchaser proprietary lease rights for the unit. It will be difficult to find out the previous sale price for any cooperative unit since data may not be public domain.
