    Question paperless real estate transactions????

I am real estate broker for more than 2 decades. I kept all files in my office and secure them in a locker. My clients visits me or I do visit them for signatures and filling up forms. There are lot of time invested and money spent however, a new real estate broker I just met a week ago told me there is a new trend which I can maximize my time, can focus on getting more clients and taking care of their papers. I am not sure how's paperless real estate transactions can be as easy as meeting clients personally.

We did try to reduce our paperwork but found it just wasn't practical.
A lot of people still think an electronic signature means nothing and we had issues over agreements signed this way.
When the owner comes to the office to give us a set of keys we get them to sign the necessary forms there and then.
We have far less issues with physical paper signed contracts.
