You need to state that your are related to the owner in the MLS and in the offer to purchase. Check with your broker to see how they want you to handle it.

There probably are disclosure forms regarding Agency that you can find that should do the trick. Worse case, write something up yourself that says you are related and you wanted to disclose it.

States may differ, and brokers may also differ on what's required. Check with your broker, they should have the answer.
But I done several family related listing, and I simply state the relationship in MLS, next in the Seller"s Transfer disclosure statement, have the seller state you are related. And lastly, I will put it in a counter or on an addendum when I receive an offer.

Just disclose this in the MLS Agent Remarks and you should be good to go!

I would say list in MLS and put in agent remarks that your are related and check with your Broker and see if E&O ins. will cover agent's own property or family member.
