    Default local land valuation

    I'm interested in the market value of a piece of land that is situated around some wetlands in NJ. Besides a local realtor what are my options to get a un biased price AND address my wetlands questions.

    The other option that you can do is to sign up on these following sites:

    - Zillow
    - Redfin

    Zillow is a good place to look for listing and redfin is also good for getting advices an unbiased help from other members.
