I'm new in real estate and I've been given an opportunity to get into big property deals which obviously I could not refuse. The catch is that I do not have any capital, I get paid when the sale is done, I work my main job 9-10 hours a day except on weekends, and my contact is a very busy person who will be reachable only until a genuine buyer is available. I myself have only the strict minimum information on the properties. I can only get more information if I find a buyer. At this moment I am having 1 large villa project(incomplete) property worth $3 300 000(upon completion) selling at $2 000 000(completion will cost roughly $300 000) and another one (which I haven't even visited), worth $3 000 000 selling at $2 300 000. I have taken photos of the first but I'm no professional photographer. Now, in Mauritius no1 has that kind of money to invest. Thus I need to find foreign investors. I'm in a fix. I need to find a customer before more people get involved. One sale will be enough for me to quit my job & turn my life around. I could really use some help since I lack resources and experience in real-estate. Willing to share 10 % of my commission with the people who will help me make those sales.
