Hi, I was wondering if there are any reliable companies (preferably online) that run both credit and background checks to screen tenants.

I see companies that run only credit checks, and other companies that run only background checks.

Can anyone help out a new landlord? : )

The application fee that my parents (who landlord other places in another town) is 25$ just for a credit check. They never used a background check before, which I don't think is a good idea.

I live in Florida btw. Anyone know of a company that does these checks at the same time, for less than 25$? Thanks.
