Default using a realtor (florida) to help with wholesale investing deals

Hello everyone. I'm new to wholesaling. Have some questions. One of the main reasons I thought of using a realtor in a wholesale investing deal is because it seems they may have a bigger list of handyman's, vacants ,rehabs , rather than just trying to find them myself here and there searching ads. Correct? Also, it IS possible to do an assignment using a realtor? If it is possible, how is the deal structured ( what type contract used; how agent is paid; end buyer, etc)?

If you’re trying to work with a real estate agent that has never seen or much less worked with a real estate investor, then the first thing you need to do is have a sit-down meeting to explain your goals, your investing strategy, and your needs.
