Quick question about commission shares...
Can a buyer's broker participate in the MLS and receive a share of the listing broker's commission? Why or why not?

In my local area, it is normal that the commission paid by the Home Seller is split between both the buying REALTOR and the selling real estate agent.

The commission is normally split 50/50 between listing and selling agents. In some cases the sellers agent will keep more of the commission, based on the amount of work performed
by the listing agent.
