    Default Quick question about commission shares...

    Can a buyer's broker participate in the MLS and receive a share of the listing broker's commission? Why or why not?

    The commission is normally split 50/50 between listing and selling agents. In some cases the sellers agent will keep more of the commission, based on the amount of work performed
    by the listing agent.
