Hi, I am working on a story for Networx.com comparing the benefits of lawns vs. gardens in terms of resale value and length of time on market. In other words, if someone only has space for either a small lawn or small garden, which is better for their home value? Also, is there an upside in terms of real estate value to vegetable gardens or xeriscaping.
