Default Ever heard of builder willing to buy buyer's current home in offer??

Just wondering if this ever happens. I can't sell my house but have found a new home I want to purchase. Any chance that the builder might be willing to negotiate buying my home as part of the deal? My home is less than 1/2 the cost of the house I'm looking to buy. The builder hasn't sold a house all year.

It does happen, but they will build a profit margin into the purchase of your house.
