Default Selling a house, agreement signed, late on payments

I signed sell agreement yesterday, but I did not make the latest payment to the lender at the beginning of this month (it was the first one and the only one that I did not make so far). The closing should be in about 3 weeks from now, so there is gonna be another missed payment in the meantime at the beginning of next month (6 weeks of no payments before selling).
It is in Nevada and a credit union is the lender. Can you tell me what is the best way to go about that? I guess just wait (it seems like) and see what happens...
    Thank you.

Tell your real estate agent so it won't be a bad surprise at closing.
