Default I dont know what to do

I want to get into the real estate business by first starting out flipping wholesale properties. I dont have any money at all, or credit. Everybody is telling me to come back when I have at least a couple thousand dollars. I know theres a way in getting in the business without having a lot of money. I just dont know how.

I think I have to agree with Greg here: I'm dying to know how to set up a business without any kind of investment.

Default Wait until you can afford it

If you have no credit and no startup money...it's just not possible unless you're taking a terrible property off of someone's hands for them...which is difficult to come by, but you wouldn't want it if you did. Simply put, you need money/credit to purchase a place. You need money/credit to fix it up. You need money/credit to pay for the mortgage/taxes & selling costs.

Basically, you need to start at the beginning. Get your credit good. Save money. You can't afford to take on this kind of risk until you're basic finances are squared away. It'd just end up eating a hole in your pocket.

Lightbulb Getting into real estate cheap

I'd say the easiest way to get started for cheap is vacant land. We sell for as little as $33 down and don't do credit checks. We own all the land outright. When you pay it off, we send the deed for recording. Have a look, my web info is below.
