If my buyer walk in to an open house without me...
If my buyer walk in to an open house without me and then call me to write an offer right after he saw the house, do I get commission or the seller's agent gets all.

Open houses in MN
The issue of "procuring cause" is one that the local board of realtors take up when there are commission disputes.
Certainly, physically showing the MLS listing to your client is very important.
With our team in Minnesota, we encourage our agents to let the realtor in the open house know that they are working with an agent.
And more often then not, even if they went to the open house and saw the home, we will set up a private showing on the home on MLS so that the buyer can view the home with their agent as well.
Moral of the story: I would call your Broker and go over the specifics of the situation with him or her.
