I am thinking outside the box now. Due to the economy I am looking for a creative way to get a home where I need to live.
I have a new home and 10 acres on Lookout Mountain in Dekalb County Fort Payne Alabama. This home has a huge barn, creek and huge pond almost lake size for fishing on back of property. Taxes there is only $200 dollars a year, can be less if livestock(1 cow) then would be less.
I am looking to sell or TRADE with someone in Florida for a home with at least enough room for 2 horses. I am open to a decent property that is not acreage IF,depends on what it is and where.

It is absolutely gorgous up there. The property sits with in walking distance to The Little River Cauyon Nature Preserve. A great place for retirees or someone looking for a beaytiful,affordable place to live. I am living in FL due to family issues and I don't want to home to sit empty, plus I am renting and want a home of own down here.
